Product Returns

Terms:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may initiate a return. One return form must be completed for each product. Refunds will only be given if return is initiated within 30 days of purchase.

If you purchased our product through a Firefly Farms CBD retailer or distributor, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.

You may return any product for a full refund (i.e., full amount of transaction) for any reason. Return shipping costs will be covered by Firefly Farms for defective product or packaging. Products are to be returned to:

To initiate a return for you order, visit the Product Returns page and fill in the form. Please indicate your order information, which product(s) are being returned and the reason you are not satisfied with it. Upon completing the return form, please allow 2 weeks for processing.

We are sorry that our product didn’t meet your expectations. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more details and terms on returns. If you purchased our product through a Firefly Farms CBD retailer or distributor, please go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
