Firefly Farms Botanical Wonders
Firefly Farms is a USDA Certified Organic farm, nestled in the small town of Palmyra, Indiana. Founded by the Father-Son team of David and Nicholas Armstrong, on 20 acres of land that’s been in the Armstrong family since 1973. Everything the team does is done the old fashioned way, by hand, and using all-organic methods. Although this way is much more demanding physically and otherwise, they both believe it’s the most rewarding work they’ve ever done.

OwnerDavid, our CEO, holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Indiana University SE, where he also excelled in baseball. In 2003, David was inducted into the university’s baseball hall of fame. He has spent most of his business career building companies within the insurance industry. His business experience has not only allowed the company to navigate through all of the legalities of owning a hemp farm, but also in product distribution
Nick
OwnerNicholas, our Chief Science Officer and Creative Director, is our Jack-of-all-Trades. He has a passion for science, music and design. His creative direction led to our logo, label designs, brand identity and product photography. His experience in multiple industries, devotion to self-learning, and hard work keep our farm running.

Our unique strains of hemp, selected for their terpene and cannabinoid content, are grown by hand from seed to harvest. And our CBD products are only produced in small batches because we hold quality above all else. But just because we’ve grown it the old fashioned way doesn’t mean we’ve skimped on the science. Far from it.
